  Jenny and the team at Migration Affairs were amazing. Her virtual presence kept my partner and I calm in what is a highly stressful process. I personally am great with paper and hopeless with e-documentation. Jenny kept track of every random and unnamed pdf I sent and provided backups and prompts before I even new I needed them. We are two New Zealanders who have been employed by the same institution for over a decade and so we enjoyed numerous shortcuts to Australian citizenship. But even so, we had to get multiple police clearances and a fingerprint checks from the FBI. We would have given up - indeed we have multiple times before - but Jenny kept us on track across the nearly two years it has taken thus far. The upfront investment in Migration Affairs was worth every cent. It kept us focussed and on track, and also let us let off steam with someone who never faltered in their professionalism.   Migration affairs helps me got my PR in 3 months!

I was in a pickle and frantically called migration affairs on June 2024 (I followed them on Linkedin prior). They looked at my case and listed out all the options. Given my situation at the time (expiring visa without a certain of renewal), I decided to go with all of them.

Turned out I did not have to try them all! After Jenny and Jacqueline carefully prepare my documents, I got my 189 invitation within a month! And two months later, I got my PR.

Knowing horror stories of people waiting more than a year for their PR, I consider myself extremely lucky, not because of my speedy result, but because my decision to go with Migration Affairs.

  Where do I begin?

From the start Jenny was transparent, efficient and very knowledgeable.

Jenny reassured myself and my partner throughout the whole process and provided immediate answers to all of our questions.

Jenny got our partner visa approved very swiftly and provided a foolproof template for us to follow which made the whole application quick and easy.
